The annoying things non-Disney people say...

"why do you want to go back to the same place?"

Something sweet my adult son said when he was really little (one of our firsts trips) was he called It's a small world "the dolls singing". He kept asking if he could go back and see the dolls singing ride. We still call it that sometimes. Great memories!!

On his first trip (he was five), my son started calling it "Happyland." He kept asking to go to Happyland and we couldn't figure it out until he said, "You know....where all the dolls sing." He is 18 now and we still call it Happyland sometimes. Good memories, eh?

This weekend this happened to me:
Me: “were going on our first adult only vacation without the kids”
Friend: “awesome! Where?”
Me: Disney!
Friend: WHY?!

Someone also had same reaction when they asked me where we’re going on our upcoming trip. Lol oh well, we’re in our thirties and super excited!

I spent a lot of time in Cedar Fair parks this summer (Cedar Point, King's Island, Carowinds, etc). They offer a paid wristband called Fast Lane where you skip the rides. 95% of the time I heard people call it a Fast Pass. Yep, Disney is the leader even when at other parks.

I laugh because I've caught myself doing the same thing at Cedar Point :) DD teased me when I said it then we got in one of the lines and heard someone else say it too!

for my response - bugs me when people ask "Did you just go to Disney or did you try Epcot too?" meaning again, they think "Disney" is "Magic Kingdom" only
