seriously, if I were Victoria I would just walk...and now, not later. I would just quit the race, quit jon, everything. ugh. what a jerk. I can't believe Phil even tried to step in, as awkward as it was. uh, jon, I think you need to speak to Victoria.

Jonathan's behavior made me feel physically ill tonight. Why aren't the AR producers and/or Phil saying something to him about his behavior? They've got him on tape getting physical with his wife for goodness' sakes

I can not believe that producers didn't step in when Jonathan hit his wife. IMO, they should have been disqualified from the race right then and there. It's not as if they came in last place, come on those two can afford a trip to Mexico on their own. It makes me sick everytime he screams at her.

ETA: and the comments that Kendra makes are just as awful....how dumb is she: "ummm, what's a stein?" that's worse than last season scarab debacle. I hope she loses.

I was waiting for Phil to either say something or just up and smack him, he looked really irritated with him. I disappointed that he didn't get yelled at.

I agree on the show needing to step in. I feel they need to protect Victoria. I can only imagine what he does at home, the way she cringes or gets really upset. I hope for her sake she wakes up and leaves him.....and I hope she is watching the show so she can see that this is not right.

Not that it isn't just as bad, but Jonathan pushed her backpack and didn't exactly hit her....I really don't think the Producers could say anything...who knows...
Don't get me wrong, I can't stand him and hope she does leave him...I just wanted to mention that I rewound it and it was the backpack he pushed...granted it was on her at the time....he is pathetic.

I really couldn't believe it, Phil looked really uncomfortable, im interested in watching his diary about this episode on TAR website.

Also about the comments that Kendra was making (I cant keep up with the names so I hope it is her) about how "they just keep breeding and breeding" and how she said that right in front of the cab driver, that was just so rude and un called for.

Ok he hit her, I saw him hit her. (Jonathan). Phil just stood there looking horrified.

I wonder if the producer's of the show realize they have a wife beater on their hands. Some may disagree, but two times he lifted him arm up as if to hit her, and she flinched back as if she knew what was coming, and then there was a time when he slammed the trunk of the car down on her head, yes it was an accident, but he did not seem sorry, and did not act remorseful that he just cracked her head with the trunk of the car, and now tonight, he actually hit her. I hope a team uses the yield on them soon so they get eliminated, if she wants to stay with a creep like him, that is her business, I don't enjoy watching the abuse every week.

OMG! ROFL! With the whole Jonathan episode, I forgot I laughed out loud at Gus and the beer! My DH would of been doing the same thing! CHUG-A_LUG Gus!

ITA, I can only imagine there were many more times he has done things to her that they haven't shown on the show.

After giving away candy last week and giving Don and MJ $20 this week, I thought we were seeing a new and improved Jonathan.

Instead the skuzz reaches a new low.

He yells and screams, nothing is his fault, if they're losing ground it's Victoria's fault, he hit her on the head with a trunk lid and no sign of an apology (at least, if he did, it was edited out).

I hope the producers are having nice long talks with him off-camera (preferably with Bolo holding him in a headlock ) and I really hope that they can stick him with a penalty before the next leg of the race.

I wish the producers of the show would disqualify Jonathan! Set up an undercover counselor to become Victoria's new partner in the race. This way she can get a taste of how a real partnership is supposed to work. Hopefully after a while, she will decide to drop that no-good jerk of a husband. If he will act that way towards her in public, on T.V., I hate to even imagine what happens in the privacy of their home.
