I seem to remember that they showed the lawyer and his girlfriend at a airline ticket counter during the preview for next week....that seems too obvious to actually be the right answer as to who lost their passports, but it does make me smile hoping it is true!!

It wouldn't surprise me though. At one point last night, she was holding the waist pack like you would a football. It wasn't on her waist, and I remember thinking that is a good way to lose that pack.

I'm surprised nobody has talked about the poker players yet. They cracked me up last night. During the "Child's Play" challenge, I loved how the taller one had her bag on the base of the wagon and was pulling/pushing the thing all by herself while her partner had the exhausting job of carrying the balloons and kept telling her to go faster. The one time they showed the shorter one pushing the thing, they also show her yelling, "Help me!!" When they get in the cab, the taller one mentions she feels faint and the other one says nothing.

But, she was pulling her ROLLING BACKPACK....UUGGHHHHHHH!!!!
Just one more reason why I can't stand the stuid things. As my teammate, her pack would have been on the cart with mine and she would have taken turns pulling/pushing the whole darn thing.

And are DH and I the only ones who were really hoping that a car would knock over the lawyers statue, when they left in the middle of the road to go back a get another balloon, when they lost the one?? We do wanted theirs to get broken and them not gather up all the broken parts and not be able to check in.

DH doesn't normally watch this with me. He got the biggest kick outta, when 1st and 2nd both dropped their packs to lighten the load for the sprint to the end. And can you imagine razzing, the 'Trotters would have gotten from their teammates, if they had let a girl beat them in that close of a foot race to the mat. Especially after the one made the comment, that he knew that they could win that race.

I was expecting someone to lose a piece along the line when we heard that it would disqualify someone from getting a balloon.

Just discovered this thread and I am SO in! Please please please let it be the lawyer that looses his passport. Do you suppose they sit at home watching it with the rest of us and think "boy I came across as a real ....."?

I hope it isn't the Globetrotters that lose their passports because I like them.

The team that loses the passports will be grounded and won't be able to leave the country.

The mother/son team lost their passports last season. It wasn't really lost, it was left in a cab. So maybe they were able to track it down. They were delayed a bit, but not grounded. I wonder how different this situation will be?

Well, I'm in. I'm really liking the poker players, Cheyne and Meghan and the Globetrotters.

I feel indifferent with the other teams so far but I really can't stand Keri and Lance... well mostly just Lance. I basically want to punch him in the face. Like one of the others teams said, how is this guy a lawyer? Maybe he's making it up.

Having been a legal secretary for 15+ years, I can promise you that there are plenty o' obnoxious lawyers out there just like him!

The only thing I want to see about the poker chicks is if Tiffany is who I think she is, she was the last woman out in last years WSOP Main Event and she was a total ***** then. I think the guy that recognized them said something to the effect that she finished top 15, so that would be her. I need to check to be sure.

She finished in 17th place.

It's not a spoiler if it's shown on tv. The team that lost their passports was shown on a clip during Survivor. It's Zev and his teammate, forgot his name.

Yes, that's what I saw (the clip) but I figured not everyone would have seen it and my experience sometimes on these boards is that if there's even a hint of something some people get a litte upset.....so better safe then sorry.

But DANG!!! Why does it have to be a team I like! Can't wait for Sunday now!
