Here is our list of states. If you don't see yours in blue, it's time to speak up!

We'll be there, too, from Las Vegas. So, you can add Nevada to your list!!!

June 11-20

I was plugging along getting all kinds of things done and then my grandfather unexpectedly passed away last week. This threw my whole family off. He wasn't young (everyone must think this matters because they keep saying, "At least he lived a long life"), but it was still not expected. In any case, I think I have fallen behind a little with things. I am taking a day off of work soon just to recoup and get myself back into the hang of things. We went out of town and then came back and there are mounds of laundry everywhere. I just need to get some thing accomplished. I need to finish the kids autograph book, but need more plastic pages. I also really need to get the countdown calendar up and going. Then I need to pack some things that we only use for Disney. I have to get in gear.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. It is never easy to deal with a loved one's passing regardless of the circumstances. Sounds like you need some time to yourself to just grieve and recharge. That never-ending "to do" list will still be there after you give yourself some quiet time. Take care.

Okay so I'm wondering who is going to do the on-line check in verse the regular check in? Are there any advantages or dis-advantages? I'm gonna be arriving around 12pm so I'm wondering if it would be better to do the on-line check in to save time and be able to head to the park or if that even matters. :)

I'm interested to hear opinions from people who have done it both ways. I was planning on doing online check in since I think it makes check in just a little faster and we have to get there at 7am to check in so we can make it to CRT at 8:30. But, we really want the Toy Story building of ASM, and I think I read somewhere it's easier to get your "requests" if you check in with a real person??:confused3

I graduate today y'all! I'm the first in my family to graduate college. I'm so grateful dh & 3 kids will be there to celebrate such a blessing with me! Then in exactly a month we're off to celebrate:cool1:

Good news...I learned how to put the Team June logo in my signature!

Bad news...since I am done messing with ADR's and didn't have anything to do today, I decided to change my ticker. Didn't realize that would change where the marker would be. Now Tinkerbell is back at the beginning. :sad2: I was so excited that she was getting closer.

Lesson learned - leave things alone!! Maybe I'll use my day off to work on finalizing my touring plans or shopping for vacation clothes.

June, June please get here real fast.
I don't know how much longer I can last!

:hourglass

Yaayy, Gummy Bears!!! Congrats on your degree! Especially proud of you doing it as a busy wife & mom!

I was waiting for someone to notice that and you are the first! More info to come later, stay tuned to this thread.

My husband just asked that same question while I was showing him some of your recent graphics. We'll be interested in seeing what you have up your sleeve. Although we have to postpone our trip for medical reasons, we'll still be following the June thread.

I have done it both ways and really didn't see much difference. In fact, the line for the online check in was actually a bit longer! However, each person took slightly less time since the keys and information packets are already put together in a folder. So it was a wash.

However, I have asked a CM about it, and apparently it is easier to get requests if you do normal check in. Sometimes they don't look at requests when they assign rooms. Online check-in rooms are assigned a few days before you arrive. So your room is determined before you even get there. If you want to ask the CM for something specific it might be better to wait and check in when you arrive since you can talk to the CM easier and make sure they note any requests.
