I have school today because, according to my mom, "There aren't enough Italians in Texas..." But I do have Friday off... But I still have a football game and then another marching contest on Saturday.

This was my son's first "weekend" visit with his dad. It was a bit hard for me. Especially when DS called and asked me to come get him. But, he's home now and all is well. I have an appointment with a counselor at lunchtime and
DS has consented to go with me.

I know this is very difficult for you and your DS..It's hard enough to have to deal with your own feelings and thoughts but also with his is really tough..

Good afternoon everyone,
So how are we all today? Still wishing we were at WDW?? One of the kids in my class comes back from Orlando tomorrow so no doubt I will be hearing Disney stories for the rest of the week.

Today at work has been exhausting. My cold has devloped and I have a really sore throat (not good when your job involves lots of talking.) My class have settled in now and are the hard work I thought they would be which doesn't help when you are not feeling well. We seem to have kids in the older classes which are being sent home for fighting, swearing at staff etc on an almost daily basis now. It is the same 4 or 5 kids though all the time. I don't know how the good kids put up with them some times.

Oh well enough about me moaning about work.

Super busy but very productive! I have a killer headache! DS did well at counseling and I think he'll be willing to return again. I'll be substitute teaching tomorrow again....I still need to finish filling out my application for a full-time position. Ah well.....lots to do....

Oh I'm so annoyed, the guys in the office next door are smoking and I can smell it. Being an ex smoker I'm even more snobby about it.
