Hellooooooo......I'm here!:wave2:

Danauk Good luck with the painting... I used to LOVE to paint...very theraputic....would pop in a good cd and before I knew it, the room would be done :) but these days it seems I have too many interuptions and once I put down that brush, I'll procrastinate like heck before I finish the job

NO WAY JOSE UPDATE In my quest to conquer my cravings for this unique and magnificent dessert, I tried yet another local ice cream parlor (Dairy Queen's Peanut Butter Blast) and found their rendition NOT up to par :snooty: It was good, certainly not a waste of calories ;) but didn't meet the standard of yummy goodness set by the folks at Beaches and Cream

My search goes on...........:smooth:

:wave2:

Just think..cadburysmom if we were childless, responsibility less etc.. we could go on a quest to every state, city and town around the country sampling the ice cream sundaes looking for the perfect NO WAY JOSE!!! :teeth:

geffric - If we were childless, responsibility-less, why hit all the states and cities. We could just reside at WDW!!! ;)

My parents came back from Austria last week and brought me back my favourite chocolates ever (even better than Cadburys!) They are Mozart chocolates and they do not export them very often ! So any time I know someone going to Austria I beg them to bring some back. Anyway my mum and dad got me some along with some Mozart chocolate liquor in white chocolate, dark chocolate and milk chocolate.

Would anyone like some?

First and formost, BITE YOUR TONGUE YOUNG LADY! there is NOTHING better Cadburys! :snooty: ;) :teeth:

But I must admit, the Mozart chocolates are mighty yummy  When I was 16 and doing a bicycle tour of Europe, we visited Salzburg and discovered these wonderful chocolates....we were so silly then and referred to them as Mozart Balls (and all THAT implies  ) and we'd giggle...and giggle....and giggle :p

The last time I was there---maybe 35 choices.:teeth:

We had tried at least 5 flavors so far.

Goodiva was my birthday cheesecake slice last year.

I just got back from drill team practice from 5:30 till 9. Every year, the drill team has a sleepover, normally at the captain's (the main officer) house, but this year we're having it at the Kid's Klubhouse (sort of like Chuckee Cheeses...) in our local mall. We were going to have it on Friday night, but instead, it's going to be this Saturday night, from 9 PM to 6 AM. I have church in the morning, and it's not like I'll be able to get any sleep that night. In church I do this kind of dancing called liturgical dancing. We just happen to have a performance this coming Sunday!! This might not seem bad, but this is 32 teenaged girls!! In a kid's playhouse thingy with all the pizza and sodas they can get and....ooohhh...this can go on forever!!

Thanks for letting me vent! My parents realized the date before I did, and when they brought it up (I was standing in the kitchen), I sat down on the floor in shock....

Any tips?? Anybody??? Anyone at all??????

That is too funny...that's the only one I've ever tasted there.....we went the night Hurricane Isabelle hit last fall....the lights kept flickering and people were scattering but I sat right there and calmly attempted to scarf down the whole slice...didn't finish it though but inhaled it off for breakfast the next morning::yes::

That's a tough one....I've never heard of liturgical dancing but as a mom with a newborn, I've pulled an allnighter, felt ok at church and then crashed soon afterward.....at your age I think you just might be able to pull it off......I say go for it and do them both! ::yes:: :teeth:

Edited to add: Be sure to take a long nap BEFORE the sleepover ;)

It takes me two to three sessions to eat a slice. I like it when NC Beast orders one flavor and then Ipick another---then we share them.

I might go there Wed. after my eye exam. :teeth:

Liturgical dancing is basically like ballet, just minus the toe shoes and much, much easier. It's definitely a switch going from hip hop dancing and using poms to dance with to being very graceful and non-jerky movements. This is totally OT, but since I started doing liturgical dancing before everything else, I'm having trouble with being really sharp... Oh well! I'll get it!!

I've done all-nighters before, I just don't know if I'll be awake enough to do a full dance. My parents said that they're going to pick me up, take me out to breakfast where I can get whatever I want (Coffee and Cherry Coke, please!), bring me home so I can get a shower and change, and have me up at the church by 8:30 so we can practice. I probably won't be on much Sunday.... You might not see me till Tuesday even because my brother is coming home from Austria on Monday at 8:30 at night (which also happens to be the first day of school for me!!) so my parents are going to go pick him and his music professor up, and I can go, but I don't have to. Man... I'm sorry I'm jabbering like this. I'm gonna go now!! Good night everyone!! :wave2:
