Good morning all,
Nice pictures [COLOR=66FF00]iluvtink[/COLOR].

Yesterday I had a great day out. We wondered around the sculpture park and around the lake. It was so peaceful around the lake as you can only go into that area if you have ever studied at the university that is in the grounds. So as it is summer an there are no students on campus we were the only people in that area. My favourite part of the park is an area which is kind of hidden so you have to know where it is. There is a wooded area with small trees and bushes which you can walk through. In there you find secret stone paths, animal sculptures and fairy houses and castles up in the trees.

So what do people have planned for today? We are doing more work on pur building project. Pete is doing some electrical work at the moment on the lighting in the garden. Then he is going to build the window frames and try to get the windows in. I have a rehearsal at the theatre this afternoon but only for about an hour. I guess I need to do some food shopping at some point too

I also decided today that I need to de clutter my lounge. So now I have lots of things that I think will end up in a box in the loft!!

My husband is a complete scatter brain!! He suddenly remembered this morning that when we were at DLP at easter he bought me a birthday present (my birthday was 4 weeks ago!!) which he forgot to give me! So he gave me it today. I saw them in the hotel shop and mentioned that I liked them. They are 2 wine glasses, one has Mickey as the stem the other has Minnie. Then there is a matching glass decanter with a glass Mickey stopper.
They are really cute. Better late than never eh?!!

Danauk, WOW, I would say "Don't look a Gift Mickey in the mouth, but I might get seriously hurt... It sounds like a beautiful gift and thought. Pete really must love you.... See if you can get the time off for October, we can find you some cheap tickets....OKm EasyJet doesn't fly to the US, but there are always deals to be had.....

I get my week off work the week after you all get back from WDW. In my job personal time of for holiday us not really acceptable (we do get 13 weeks a year holiday as it is!) You may be given a day or too if you ask nicely and there is a good reason behind it. Plus if I am not in school either the head has to take my class or my kids get split between the other classes. If a teacher is off it really lands the other teachers in it as we have to cover for them! That is why in the 6 years working there I have only had one day off sick - I stood on a nail whilst decorating and couldn't walk or drive!!
For a laugh I just checked the flight prices for the week you are all going, for 2 adults, $2300!!

On the plus side my friend just called to get our christmas 2005 term dates so it is looking more likely that we will be going for about 2 weeks then It is about 99% certain that we will be going at the moment.

Too bad I work retail and can't take the time off before x-mas. OMG, I just looked up the prices for flights to Orlando at Christmas for this year (to get a guess how much it will cost next year) We would pay for 4 adults and it came to $6250!!!! It is a good job we would not need to pay for the accomodation when we get there (our friends DVC points sort that out.)

Hope everyone is doing well! I miss you guys, it's just too hard to keep up with all the posts!

Brian is home in 24 days and we are off on a whirlwind visit around the states before flying out for Italy. Very exciting times coming!
