Yes it's possible and very easy to do. Whatever items you order will be given to you on a tray at the pick up location, so all you do is take it back to your room.We are thinking about grabbing a "to go" dinner from contemp cafe to eat in our room while we watch wishes. Is it possible to get things to go from the contemp cafe? Has anyone ever done this and how did it work out? Thanks

Just tell them it's to go. They have plastic lids for all of the plates/platters and the cashier will bag them up. Everything is already disposable, paper or plastic so it's no extra trouble at all.
This is good to know as well.
CR does the CL have bottles of water. I saw from your pictures that it looks like juice and soda but there weren't any small bottles of water visible. I was wondering if I should have a case of water shipped to the resort. TIAI knew I would be back with more questions.

All you need to do is ask the concierge at the desk if they could get you some bottles of water. They will bring you the small plastic bottles that easily fit in your fridge.![]()

Last month when I was there most of the time they had a huge glass bottle of sparlking water in the lounge, however on two different nights they put out mini bottles of Dasani. So I would guess they keep that in the storage room whenever they run out of the sparlking water and all you need to do is ask for some.CR does the CL have bottles of water. Thank you both very much. We are big water drinkers, me especially, so I think I may just have a case shipped to the resort as well. I think the CM would get really tired from me always asking for water. Either that or they would get a lot of exercise.
CR, if you don't mind me asking, have you or your family ever used the IPO to schedule your ADR's? Someone suggested to me to let IPO do them but I don't know. Not that they are going to mess anything up but I am one who likes to plan and do all of my stuff. I sometimes have a bit of a control issue.![]()
Honestly my family and I don't make any ADR's before arriving to WDW. The reason is we take full advantage of the hot foods offered on most of the nights in the lounge, so if were hungry later on we will then go to the Contempo Cafe or take the Monorail to the Grand Floridian and go to Gasparilla's Grill & Games. Also there are some off site restaurants we like to eat at which is another reason why and we also like to eat at the Earl of Sandwich.Thank you both very much. I used Garden Grocer and had a case shipped to the hotel in May. It worked out great for us.

I really wouldn't worry about shipping anything to the hotel. They know my son likes water and milk and my daughter likes Nesquick. They brought us about a dozen bottles of each to start and then asked us all the time if we needed more. They were the small bottles of dasani and I think the 8oz of Nesquick.
The concierges that work club level are really wonderful. They go out of their way to help with anything you may need. Don't worry about the water.
We had IPO book our dining reservations and I have to say this time I wasn't impressed. When we got to the CR, they printed out a master list for us of the reservations made by IPO. Two didn't appear and one showed as canceled. We only had IPO make six, so a 50% average is not really good in my book. Luckily I had a confirmation for the messed up reservations and the CL castmembers got everything straightened out. In addition, we had family meeting us down there and the CL castmembers were able to book us very easily for a party of eight for the six remaning reservations we needed. I would be very cautious when using IPO.
My family and I think their sandwiches taste great, their prices are very fair and we go at least two times while at WDW.Oh I see. How is Earl of Sandwich? I wanted to try it in July but DH and DS said no.I thought the food look great.
What time was it? There are just a couple of people in the pool and a couple on the chairs and the beach is emptyTwo more pictures I took last month using my BlackBerry.
