Where is the cruise going?? On a Disney cruise, do you always get to go to Disney??

That alone makes it worthwhile to be a travel agent........your own trips!!

SOOOOOO excited for you!! Are your friends Disney Freaks, oh, I mean fans, too??

We are not going to Disney this time, although we are planning on half a day at Downtown Disney. The cruise leaves from Port Canaveral and then goes to Nassau and Disney's private Island Castaway Cay. Castaway Cay is every bit as awesome as people say it is. I can not tell you how much we love it there.

Everyone going with me loves Disney, but no one is on the message boards. So Disney lovers yes, Freaks no!

Wow!! So totally happy for you. That cruise sounds wonderful!

The World at Christmas was all bigger, brighter and more beautiful than I even remembered.

Well Cat is now down sick with a cold as I heard from her today.
DH 3 guys is still in bed with his cold and it doesn't seem to be letting up.
He will be seeing the doctor tomorrow.
I feel like I have a lot of new friends here now even though I did not get enough time with everyone.
As for the podcast they mention John also known as 3 guysandagal on the boards for his high score at the TSM party. along with a couple of others.
DH rode a couple of rides with Corey
DS11 rode a couple of rides with Kevin.
So envious!!
Also when we were down there we bought at the BLT
Now I have to get the cruise and then a disney vacation so I can start planning. We got 160 developer points with our purchase that have to be used by October 09.

yeah! Yeah! yeah!!! I'm so happy that you guys bought BLT! Woo Hoo!!



We kept debating about whether to purchase there or not...I'd still like to but can't really justify it (yet). So we will just enjoy our SSR/AKV points and hope to stay at BLT sometime in the future.

Hello all! Yes, it's true, I'm still alive!

First let me say that the Toy Story Mania event was awesome. Not just because of the event itself - which was amazing - but because of sharing it with Ann, Heather, John, Katherine, and Missy!

I was so glad to feel well enough to go - and I know I'll always be spoiled by getting to ride TSM over and over again. I'll expect that everytime from now on!

I know you all would love to see pictures - but part of the agreement for the event was that we wouldn't publish pictures anywhere - even on message boards:

"Due to regulations set-forth by Disney Event Services no audio or video
recording of any kind is permitted at the event. In addition, by entering
this event you agree that any photographs you take are for your own personal
use and will not be printed or published in any way, shape or form. This
includes, but is not limited to, newspaper, magazine, promotion,
advertising, website, blog or discussion forum. You also agree that any
photography taken of you becomes the property of Disney as well as Dreams
Unlimited Travel and can be used at their descretion."

As for the rest of the trip report - I don't really want to say anything about it other than Missy was great! Not only is she fun to be around - she's a great nurse! I don't know what I would have done without her caregiving - cuz I was really sick while we were there.

However, I will tell you the rest of my sad vacation story!Coming back from Disney, my flight from Houston to College Station was delayed...by 3 hours. So I'm driving home at 1:30am, and my car starts to overheat! Yikes! Luckily, it's only a 20 minute drive, and I make it home okay. I take my car to a garage - and rent a car while it's in the shop. I was pretty run down from everything, and my resistance was low - so I caught a nasty respiratory virus that's going around! So I miss a couple days of work - yikes! After a few days and $590 dollars later, I have my car back, and I'm finally feeling up to checking out the DIS.

So although this trip had some REAL highlights...such as getting to know Missy, who is wonderful, meeting the rest of the gang, enjoying the TSM event...I have to say it is not going down in the record books as one of my favorites!

I feel it is one of those pics that CAN be shown as there are no Disney secrets being revealed....
Oh wait...he is holding the top secret 3D glasses!!
They were left behind by the way...
He was sitting next to Julie, Corey and Corey's Parents and they were soooo worried he would fall off!!
We kept telling them not to worry, this is normal for him and he sat like that for about an hour before we left and I carried him to the front gates.
I then got smart and loaded him onto a wheelchair and rolled him across the mile of parking lot to the car.
