Hey fellow Adventurosity Club Members! I just heard some pretty exciting news about my upcoming trip to WDW. By the way, I'm really not trying to make anyone jealous or anything!

"Welcome to our World" one night fireworks spectacular September 20th at 930

"As part of the American Pyrotechnic Association's 60th Anniversary Event, Walt Disney Entertainment will present our biggest fireworks spectacular yet on Saturday, September 20th at 9:30pm. "Welcome to our World" invites the audience to celebrate one world, one beat and one voice under the sky!

The show will utilize firing locations along the beach and grass near the Seven Seas Lagoon, as well as fireworks island."

Sounds AWESOME! You know that the one thing I've never been able to do..fireworks. I love them...but my kids are scared of the noise and we always have to duck somewhere and cover....or plan to be inside at our resort when they go off.

So, would you please take an extra second to take in the amazing moment for me?

I'm sure I'll "talk" to you before you leave...but just in case....Have a wonderful time!

We went through the whole fear of fireworks with our DD. She has since outgrown that fear. DS is different. If we're shooting fireworks at home, he'll run for cover. He doesn't even like the Snap-n-Pops. However, he absolutely loves the ALL of the fireworks at WDW.

Everything is still fine with me. I am sooooooo lucky - just a few miles down the road people were hit hard. Plus if you've been watching the news, you know that besides getting the brunt of the storm, areas like Galveston and Houston are without power. And may be out for weeks.
