The Accidental Naughty List?

I have a question; if the naughty list is kept on DVC owners, and the owners rent out the points, when me, an unsuspecting dvc points renter, checks in, do they think I'M the naughty one?

Horrors!

Do the CM's think that, seeing my name on the reservation under Mr. Naughty's DVC, that, hey, this chick's getting the stinkiest room we've got?

Bummer, if so....

And conversely, if I rent out points, behave terribly at the resort (for argument's sake only), does Mr. Nice Owner then get on the Naughty List because of somebody's else's behavior that's beyond his control?

Double bummer!

Neither because your name appears on the reservation of a rental so the owner doesn't get the naughty list but the renter does LOL.

There is no "naughty list". If you re-read the post by wdwzues (the post that started all the talk about the "list") you will see that he does not mention an actual list. He is simply stating that cast members know which members are "naughty". I'm sure this is also true for any other type of business where you have repeat guests/customers. You learn quickly who is or is not easy to work with.
This seems to have caused a great deal of concern for no reason whatsoever. You can all rest at ease and know that there is not now nor has there ever been a "naughty list".

If you rent a reservation from a member, you always get put on the Naughty List. Just a fact of life. You'll have to live with it or buy your own points and clear your name.

I think this whole "naughty list" thing is SOO funny!!!

I would just like to point out that at the DVC Merry Member meets (the first one anyway) the elves were going around asking everyone "Naughty or Nice"? If you answered "Nice" they told you were probably lying and they would put you down as "Naughty".

So yes, indeed, DVC does keep a "Naughty or Nice" list. And no matter what you say about yourself, you are Naughty.

Maybe the list has been distributed to CMs.
