good thing you didnt lock yourself out when u were on your balcony later that night in your bare feet and flashing people walking by, otherewise you would not have your required shoes and shirt to get another key.
;)

see there is always a way that a situation can be worse.

very nice, thanks, i like it.

glenn you dropped the ball, i think you may have lost your title as smiley king man

Oh, let's let him keep his title - I'll just be his personal assistant! He is still the supreme smiley man for sure! :worship:

:rotfl2::rotfl2: About locking yourself out. I have not done that yet ( knock wood) probably I am so afraid of locking myself out I wont let go of the door until I have triple checked that I have my key. :rotfl2:

Now I will admit- if I did lock my self out of room I would be the one to walk back up to the desk and then not know my room number. The first thing I do now when I am alone is take a picture of the room number.
I think I had luggage service bring a fridge up tothe room and I had to show him a picture of the room number.:rotfl2: Then my camera has all this info on the screen so I could not even figure out how to tget teh info off or read the room number with accuracy. :rotfl2:

 I did not even think of POP Christmas music. Was it the traditional stuff or the groovy " I'm getting nuttin for Christmas"? I like a good mix but lean towards to the wacky versions like the McKenzie Brothers 12 days days of Christmas.
Hmmmm I may need to be at POP over the holidays to hear that. :rolleyes1

I'm sure it was "Jingle Bell Rock" a million times over!:santa:

I have to stay up till 1 because Juliana is sick and she needs tylenol. So I have an hour and 1/2 to kill... need help finding the posts? :surfweb:

Poor baby, I am praying she will be better quick!
Yup, that's pretty much how it went down (no pun intended). I was hot. For the record, I figured since she was on the phone, I'd just quick change like and hug her with a clean shirt (and dry) on. Ah well.... this is what makes a great TR. And practically guarantees ZERO chance of me ever getting invited on a trip with any one. Ever. :rotfl2:

And hey, you gotta give me credit... at least I shut the door.

Thanks for the warning, Maroo! Well, on second thought, Liesa we'd probably get along fine. Today I was shopping at a consignment shop with two friends. There were 3 of us using 2 dressing rooms in the back of the store. We were in and out of the rooms, sharing the space - I was in a room with just a top and underwear on, and one of the gals asked for my opinion - I ran out in to the store to help her before I realized I was not dressed! Luckily, no one else but the clerks were there. :rotfl2:

LOLOLOLOL!!!! Now THAT is funny, Tammie!! Running around a store with just undies and a top!!! :scared1: OMGosh!! I still have nightmares about stuff like this- showing up to school in pj's or my pants falling down during a speech, or whatever. It's like a nightmare come true!

:lmao::lmao:

Poor Mary probably wanted her money back right then and there, and wondered if there was any way out of the week she was about to endure. :rotfl2:

:rotfl2: :rotfl: :rotfl2: :rotfl: Now that's classic Liesa!! I love it!

NO WAY!!!!

You are an awesome roommate and trip mate. You made this trip so much fun! You are hilarious, a good planner, you are on time to the important stuff...GREAT trip mate! :) I would go again in a heartbeat...name the time and place, sista!

But keep your shirt on. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I don't doubt this for a second, Liesa is a great gal. :goodvibes Thank you Maroo for this story, made my night!

I assure you Tammie DID NOT do anything like this when we met. She was fully dressed folks. I just thought I'd throw that out there for anyone thinking they wanted to have a Dis meet with her and wasn't to sure. :rotfl:

:lmao::lmao:

My in real life story is waaaay more funny and scary than your dreams. Hmmmm  should I tell it?

And hey, you gotta give me credit... at least I shut the door.

I crack myself up-----

Not only do I quote myself, but I just realized, I go OUT the door with no key, and IN the door with

NO shirt!!! :lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:

Love the lime green car! Perfect car for your trip. :thumbsup2

I would have been shocked too if a friend walked in the room and whipped their shirt off! Did you call your friend back and explain?

What a way to start the trip! :rotfl: Meeting up that way is just too funny. Any trip that starts that way is bound to be an entertaining one!

Why do I always seem to bounce by right when this topic is up? Sorry to hear Maroo was traumatized! Same thing happened to some sisters I knew. Twins actually. They were stranded with a friend at a strip mall after leaving their headlights on. The dude from Boulder’s towing came and give em a jump start. Before leaving, he complimented their hood ornaments and double checked their Goodyears. It was hot in the car and their friend decided to change, but forgot the bags were in the trunk next to the melons from the market. The sisters were a bit shocked and bumped the horn. Luckily no one called them honkers and their bosom buddy quickly redressed.

Well, y'all have a great day!

We learn something new with every chapter, that's for sure!

Fully equipped this time, I slunk baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack to Classic Hall (if you’re counting this is trip #4) to get some lunch, and greatly relieved that they were going to let me in today!

LiesaDay1072.jpg

You know, when you originally posted the picture above I thought it was a "given" that you'd be able to meet the requirements for entry. But now, after this latest chapter, I understand that you were doing advance scouting.

I liked theTramp side because the side away from the pool is water view!! is the non-pool side parking lot by Lady?? I need to look at a map. Either way, the feel of the 50s is so much more my style than say the 60s. I still don't like that music for some reason- too folksy (ie. mamas and the Papas) for me.

It took great restraint to not jump, but I wanted the room to look nice for Mary when she showed up!

That's so cool that they change the music for Christmas!! I love that!

And festive is a great word for describing POP at night! There just seems to be such a fun energy there that the other resorts don't have. Activity and hub-bub all the time!

yes, the other side of the lady building is a parking lot view, but my side of the building was a pool view, I loved stepping out onto the balcony to that fun view, it makes just stepping out the door super exciting. At night I would stand out on the balcony and eatch the steam rise from the pool and think, "It's cold out here, I'm going back in the room"

I like 70's era music the best, but I seem to know alot of songs from the 50's, go figure.

I totally agree, Pop Century is full of fun energy.

Okay all caught up!! Boy go for a Stress Test and miss 3 pages !!:lmao:l:

It's kind of stressful huh? I promised myself I would keep up and every day when I check in it's 5 pages to read up on.

 I did not even think of POP Christmas music. Was it the traditional stuff or the groovy " I'm getting nuttin for Christmas"? I like a good mix but lean towards to the wacky versions like the McKenzie Brothers 12 days days of Christmas.

It was a mixture of funky and groovy and traditional, We got the traditional "I'm getting nothing for Christmas" song, but they played alot of the Jackson 5, Michael Hackson saw his Mommy kissing Santa Claus.

Super cute car, definitely a Disermobile.

she throws open the door, walks in, shuts the door and proceeds to announce that she is HOT :furious: and takes off her shirt. Yep. Right there.

:
Wow! Who knew she had it in her? I'm so thankful she didn't do that when I met her. It was a pretty warm night at Mon Ami Gabi.

I think Tim's smiley sums up the best reaction:

Ok, that plus:

:lmao::rotfl2::rotfl:

Glad you were able to recover, yourself, enough to get a chuckle out of it.

It was the perfect color/car for our trip. We ended up only using it a handful of times, but when we did we REALLY needed it!

I really, honestly, didn't do it for shock factor, I was just SOOOOOOOOOO needing to change and be cooled off immediately.

What a way to start the trip! :rotfl: Meeting up that way is just too funny. Any trip that starts that way is bound to be an entertaining one!

Crissy, this definitely WON'T be the first entertaining story we tell you; remember, there's also the time I laughed to hard I ????????

It's the TR that's like good wine or cheese- just keeps getting better and better with time.

Remember all that talk about doing recon for our trip?? Welll...

:lmao: Really? :lmao:

It was hot that night too, as I remember. Glad I had only one glass of wine. You never know WHAT might happen! :rotfl2:

Go back up to my response from GB. You missed some..... :rotfl2::lmao:

Wow! I actually got the first question right. Now that you bring it up, I can't remember any of my answers so it will be a surprise every time.

I absolutely LOVE the car. I have always wanted to drive one of those. What category are those considered? Mid-size? Which rental company did you go with? Can you tell I want to rent me one of those some day?

And about Liesa taking off her shirt:

:rotfl: :lmao: :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl:

Me thinks Liesa has another hobby she's not telling us about ;) :rotfl2:

Bugs and ****s - that was hyseterical! :rotfl: Yes , this is surely going to be one interesting adventure! Love it!:rotfl2:

It would have only confirmed Kents idea of Diser's being crazy people.

I did miss some didn't I? :lmao:

I can't believe, as I was looking through those answers, that we played that on Thread #2!!!! That was a LONG time ago!

maroo will have to answer the ? on the car. :confused3

Well, Rosie has her pole dancing... :lmao:

Bugs and ****s - that was hyseterical! :rotfl: Yes , this is surely going to be one interesting adventure! Love it!:rotfl2:

Glad we're bringing some smiles to ya. This TR will most likely be un-conventional in every way, but will still have lots of Disney magic!

I did miss some didn't I? :lmao:

MY Dh is convinced of the same thing. We're all quacks and obsessive, and all that. We can sometimes be normal- but probably a whole lot more fun too. As long as we don't throw off our shirts AND skip down Main street. Which I'm also known to do.

Hahaha, I loved this update!! :rotfl: Oh Liesa!

I"m sooooooooo glad you liked it!!!! I was really worried it would come off as too weird. I don't know.... I called Camille to ask if it was, and she agreed it was pretty funny. Really, I meant no harm, just, as usual, wasn't thinking.
