The $75 birthday gift card: what would you buy with it?

It's my DH birthday on our last day and we're just planning to have a chill out day with a nice lunch somewhere.

Can these gift cards be picked up at all the Disney parks including Disney Quest - incase we stay around DTD for the morning.

Will they accept it at the Design-a-Tee shop. Might make a nice unique gift to yourself.
Personally I would probably spend it on pins - the more limited the better. There is always a chance they could go up in value in the future - especially if you ebay them.
