The 3 sure things: Death, Taxes and a Pete rant when Disney raises prices in August.

I called today to get pricing for a package in late April of next year and was told that the new pricing wouldn't come out until the first or middle of August. There's no doubt that Disney is going to raise prices and there's no doubt where going to get a rant from Pete.

Increases are pretty standard for August. They go up a few bucks every year. Tickets do as well.

I'd have to go back and listen, but I don't think his issue is with the price increase alone, but is that they offer less and charge more.


It's a valid complaint.

And the fact that they aren't content to raise the prices once a year any longer.

But the Offer Less and Charge More thing...it is frustrating, especially to people who love Disney and are watching these guys just ruin it.

What is the "less"? What is being taken away? Fantastic and what else?
