The 2010 NHL Playoffs Thread

I have been a fan since i was born, 18 years ago, last time Hawks were in the Stanley Cup finals. Today is my highschool graduation and my family and I are devistated we have to miss the game for it lol!! My dad will be checking the score from my iPhone, at least its not a potential series clinching game.

Everyone is rooting for a sweep, but what they do not realize is that the sweep would be in Philly, and even though that would be nice to beat them there, i want them back at the UC where all the fans are.

I get chills just thinking about this! Who wants to go to the parade if they win??

I went to the White Sox ticker-tape parade in '05. It was great. I wonder if the Hawks will do something similar.

Thirteen years ago this Sunday DH and myself were watching the Flyers/Red Wings in the final on our wedding night!!! Yes, we were watching hockey. Of course, we all know how that turned out (the game, not my wedding night ). So I've been waiting for them to get back in the finals ever since. I do not want to see another sweep so I'm hoping for at least one win.
