The 2003 Entertainment books are now being sent, are the hotel discounts for '03 out?

We're thinking about Universal next summer and want to stay at either HRH or Portofino so looking at the Entertainment book for the 50% discount. Does anyone know if any of the hotels are listing 2003 discounts this early?
