The toiletries are made by H2O. At POFQ, as with other mods and the values, you get a small bottle of combined shampoo/conditioner, a bath size bar of soap and a smaller bar of handsoap for the sinks. These will all be replaced by Mousekeeping, as needed, on a daily basis. If you need extra you can always call and ask for more.
The shampoo/conditioner will be fine for the kids, or the guy on your trip, but personally I take my own shampoo and conditioner. Also, some folks are allergic to some soaps. If you have soap allergies you would be better off taking a brand you are comfortable with. But I find the H2O bar soaps very pleasant and easy on my skin.
I know I have seen a hair wrap station at POFQ outside the Jackson Square store, but other times it has not been there. It may be there only seasonally. I have also seen a hair wrapping station at POR, but again not on every visit.
And Laren, nothing to be nervous about. In Sept. I'll be going back for my 5th stay at POFQ. I love it there and can't wait to go back.

. We have used the soaps before and they are fine too. I will check on the hairwraps when we check in.
). After trying it in April I knew that my hair would need a little more TLC than this shampoo/conditioner provided. It didn't work for my DSis either. So glad it worked for you, though!
