The 1-month dance!!

Exactly one month from today I will be arriving at the WL for a suprise trip for the kids.

My oldest DD went to sleepaway camp today. And it has been killing me that I can't talk to her about Disney...gotta keep the surprise...We leave a few days after she gets back. We told the kids we are going to visit my in-laws in West Palm Beach. So when we get to the airport...we will walk up to the Orlando gate and say surprise! Although, they probably will think we are kidding with them. They won't believe it until we board the plane.

Then the excitement will kick in....

Cool... hope to see you all at the World. The only thing that is kinda of bumming out. We are going for 6 nights..which is great. But, a orientation meeting for my DD's new school was pushed back. So we thought we would add an extra day to our trip. No problem with Disney extending one night. But, Continental wants $100 per ticket (we have 5) to change the flight coming home. Even though the flights are wide open. I can buy a new one flight for that. I know these are the rules. But, yikes! Thats a lot of money. I would pay $25, even $50 per ticket...but $100 breaks the budget.

Still not going to let it ruin the trip!!

Good news! I spoke to a very nice supervisor at Continental. She was able to switch the flights. So now we will have 7 nights at the WL. This is the longest I have ever stayed at Disney. I am so psyched!!!
