That's the Second Biggest Double Stroller I've Ever Seen- A Dec 2010 TR

I love your TR! Can't wait for more!

Thanks!

I hope you were able to find Blue Dog.

Your cupcake sounds wonderful. I might have to try one of those in March!

So does Landon just fall asleep on his own in the stroller? Claire has never done that and I'm wondering if she'll ever do it at Disney World? I guess I've never really given her a chance to snooze in the stroller...

Just don't try the Chewy Caramel Bar after the cupcake!

Landon will fall asleep on his own in the stroller, but only at Disney World. Around town, at the mall, or wherever, he will stay awake, even when it is many hours past nap time. At Disney World, he falls asleep in the stroller really easily. Sometimes, he'd be asleep before we even made it to the gates. Maybe all the stimulation of Disney World induces babies to sleep better. Actually, come to think of it, I sleep better at Disney World, too.

[SIZE="3After some careful thought and consideration, I came up with a new theory. "Maybe cupcakes aren't really that tasty. Maybe they just look flashy."

:lmao: I think I would support this theory 100%! Cupcakes look like heaven, but I have never really cared for those things. That was just too funny. I really want to try one of these bars!

That's too bad about Blue Dog. I do hope he turns up.

AWesome pic free update! Can't wait to read more!

This TR is so fun!!! We went to Disney back in 2008 with my son, who was 6 months old (along with my then 2 and 4 year olds). He was surprisingly AWESOME! Even after being drenched and then laying in a soaking wet stroller he was all smiles. I think babies and Disney are a superb combo. That being said, I'm looking forward to my trip in June where I don't have to pack a thousand suitcases for one small human. We also drove (from Chicago-18 hours) and plan to do so again in June! One final note. I'm going to show the picture of your son and the book to my students (3rd and 4th grade). I'm always telling them to bring a book wherever they go since you never know when you'll have a chance to read. They'll get a kick out of it!

I think they are easier at the younger age than when they get a little older. My DS5 (who was 4 when we went in April) seemed to have an opinion on everything we did:rotfl:

I hope you find Blue Dog. We have a blankie that we can not loose. I was actually lucky to find one recently on ebay as a backup but DS3 thinks he can now have 2 blankies to sleep with.:rotfl:

I would definitely recommend the bars. I think we ended up getting five of them throughout the course of the week. :rotfl:

We were really hoping Blue Dog turned up, too. Carter was very brave, though. :goodvibes

Thanks!

That's true. I didn't really consider that my boys might someday have opinions on what they want to do. They'll probably only want to go back to the resort and swim.

That's funny about your 2 blankies. Now you've just got 2 things that you cannot lose. :rotfl:

All caught up now. I love the cupcakes and I won't share one. Sorry to hear about blue dog, hope he was found. It's good tho that he was ab;e to go to sleep without him. Great pictures.

You guys are too funny...I enjoy reading your TR pictures or no pictures!! Though the boys are so adorable and always seem to have a smile on their faces :thumbsup2

I am so upset...we went to the caramel shop in Germany and I couldn't decide on anything after a huge dinner at Biergarten...what a stupid mistake not buying something!!

I hope you guys find poor blue dog!!

I can't believe the camera was in your bag the whole time! D'oh!

I know! I don't know how I couldn't find it. It wasn't even hidden or in a strange place. :confused3

It's a very dangerous thing, to share a cupcake. Either the cupcake will be unappreciated, or it will be appreciated too much. We were very happy Carter went to bed without Blue Dog. I think maybe he was too tired to notice.

At least you found the camera, hopefully Blue Dog shows up too.

When we found the camera, in the bag the whole time, I did have high hopes for finding Blue Dog in the bag or in the car or somewhere very obvious.

Oh no! Poor Blue Dog!

Maybe he just wanted his own Disney Adventure?!?

I would really like to know where Carter lost Blue Dog. It would be so interesting to know who found him and what happened. Blue Dog could have had a great adventure. :rotfl:

Please post more!!! We want to know about poor blue:sad1:

The Mystery of the Missing Blue Dog...

Thanks! I am glad my TR isn't too boring without pictures. The boys are quite photogenic, aren't they?:goodvibes

That is very sad, that you didn't get anything from the caramel shop when you were there. I think most of the stuff there is going to be pretty good. Guess you'll have to go back sooner. :rotfl:

You sure do understand the art of suspense, don't you? I don't think I'd be a very successful trip reporter. I'd post everything at once due to lack of patience. :rotfl: I may try my hand at a PTR soon. If it's only 2 posts long, you'll know why!:thumbsup2

Just curious what time you ended up getting to the park at? We're not very early risers either even though 8am is sleeping in to me!
Still very sad to hear about Blue Dog.

I'm so sorry I've been so absent here lately!! UGH!! This whole moving thing is kicking my hiney! but I was able to catch up on your last two updates. I"m so agreeing with you about Illuminations! What a snoozer- especially in the middle! What is with that ball thing, supporting some obscure story line- I just don't get it.

So sad to see Blue lost. Poor baby! Glad he was able to sleep prettyw well without him though.

good touring plan to hit up The Land side of FW and work from there. But I just have to say that THe Land ride is one of my alll time faves. I took the seeds tour last trip and had a blast! But then again, I like to garden, so I know it's not for everyone.

Believe me, it was much more suspenseful living it! :rotfl: You should try a PTR, I bet it'd be good!

I think we ended up getting to Epcot that day around 9:45. Carter got up at seven again. He usually sleeps til at least eight, but I think it was too exciting for him to sleep in. It took us two and a half hours to get ready. At home, on a good day, I can get me and the boys ready in forty-five minutes.

I'm sure moving is a big job with so many people! You know, it wouldn't really hurt Disney to throw in a few random fireworks during that part for those of us with the attention span of a two year old. :rotfl:

At least Carter had Bear, still. We always try to make sure the boys have two favored objects, just in case.

I can tolerate Living with the Land a lot better than I could when I was younger. I think everyone else in my family gardens, so they all like it. I do enjoy eating the fresh vegetables from their gardens. :thumbsup2

Enjoying your trip report! I love finding ones with little kids since that's what I have - we're going with our turning-1-year-old and 3 1/2 year old in a month. Yours are so close in age, I don't know how you do it! I find our age gap a bit too close!
