Of course, today is another crummy weather day here. Nothing new.

But last night I had a nightmare that my pool FROZE and I had to go in it to break away the ice. AND - underneath the ice was all kinds of garbage. Yuck.:earseek:

Even my subconscience says it's a rotten summer.;)

Froggy, I think you and I need to take down our pools and go to the Bahamas.:teeth:

We've had maybeeeeee 2 days of nice weather?!?!??

I hope this is an indication that Florida will have a warm Winter this year! I only say that since we are going between Christmas and New Years' and would appreciate it to be warmer there than here!LOL

I hear ya Scratch. I'm just down the road in Buffalo and it's been awful.

I think that Summer has bypassed the UK! To think that last year people died of the heat. This year they are drowning in rain!

It's an international washout.;)

I guess that an International washout makes me feel slightly less hard done by. Is that mean?;)

Not at all. Just bonding to alleviate the pain.;)

I'm bonding, I'm bonding and feeling your pain...... under an umbrella of course.;)

Well, I think that we have had a pretty good summer here so far.

Nice and warm, down right hot at times. Not a lot of rain, but enough so that the grass has not turned brown. There is a thunderstorm going through right now.

Scratch, you are only 3 hours from me, has the weather really been that bad where you are?

I hope everyone else's summer takes a turn for the better.

I'd be okay with the cool temperatures if only the sun would come out once in a while. We've had more than our share of overcast and rainy days. On the bright side, I guess we're saving money on A/C and the lawns are nice and green  :sunny:

Scratch -- I have a co-worker who says that Toronto gets 4 months of winter and 8 months of cold weather. It seems pretty accurate this summer huh?

well you are all welcome to come to Boise! Were in the 100's everyday!! :faint:

sorry.... continue on ;) :)

Robin ~ I have yet to turn the AC on! Even DD who usually sleeps with just a top sheet has not even given up her Duvet this year!

It seems if we see the sun, it's cold!

If we get humidity, it's raining!

It's been the worst summer that I have ever experienced! This is even worse than the summer that was beautiful during the week and then rained all weekend!

Bunnyfoo ~ your co-worker is soooooo right!

Even today, rain off and on all day! Enough already! I'm growing webbed toes!

yesterday was nice for us here in CT.
I got my house cleaned by noon and was sunning my self on the deck until 3:30, took another shower, grabbed a beer, and sat on my deck reading until around 6:30ish when the thunderstorms rolled in.

all in all - a decent day.

today was a good shopping day - did a bunch of shopping this morning, doing laundry now...grey/humid day...but I can deal.

here's hoping for nice weather this week so I can wear my new clothes (summer stuff was on clearance today!)

Maybe you need to take a vacation to sunny, warm, southern Canada ;)

The temperature right now is 25C (77F) with a humidex of 31 C (87F).

My airconditioning has hardly been shut off all summer. We have had a few cool days, but mostly been like today's temperatures.

That's too Funny!

Unfortunately, I have all my vacation days booked up until 2006!

Let's hope our Long Weekend will cooperate!
