Love the Dinosaur pic, it reminds me of our 1st ride on Dinosaur, in our pic DS looked extremely surprised(his mouth was open), DD was covering her ears like you & Kara, DNephew also looked extremely surprised

& I was very amused & cool with a slight smile on my face.
Hope you have a happy move & good luck with the day trip.
Ok, I know I had already quoted you, but I was basically a zombie when I did that and forgot to mention I would love to see your Dinosaur pic. I love ride pics!
Hi, Melissa
Glad you got there safe and everything seems to be moving along.
Get some sleep
Heather
Thank you. Haven't slept much, keep waking up at 6:00am. Even JS keeps asking what my problem is. Considering I have been on Central time, it is actually like I am waking up at 5:00am.
Congrats on the move!! I hope you get to go to Disney this weekend.... how is the weather right now? I heard that Florida was getting some pretty bad storms.. (well I guess that is how it is in the summer)..lol
Rain, Rain, Rain!!! Seems like everyday. Good news, I actually like rain, so this is good for me.
Wow. This is such an exciting time for your family! Enjoy your next day at WDW. I'm looking forward to the rest of your trip report.
Thank you!
I am glad everything went well with the sale and buying of your house. Your new house looks like it is going to be really nice. I read more of your report and really enjoyed it.
You must be super organized. I am only doing trip planning. I don't know if I could handle selling my house, packing, moving and buying a new one on top of the trip plan.
Congrats on getting it all done.
Thank you. I love to plan, but then put off doing anything. I am so bad. We ended up fully loaded down because I didn't spend more time making sure I separated stuff for the movers to take and us to take. Poor Jacob barely had any room in the back seat.
So, if you saw the title of this post, we made a day trip. Last night everyone was just miserable and we couldn't figure out what to do. JS had suggested going to AK, but looked it up and it had morning EMH, so that was out. Jacob wanted to go to Epcot to purchase a space shuttle toy, but I just wasn't into going to Epcot. Finally last night I thought about MK. I now realize it is my favorite park. So, we got up this morning, left the hotel at 8:00 and we were getting off the monorail at 9:30. Not too bad and less than a 1/4 tank of gas to get there.

The one thing I have noticed about Florida are the drivers. They don't drive, they fly. Guess I am use to Tx where you will get pulled over if you do 5 miles over the speed limit. Here in Florida, in a 70 zone, I was doing about 75 and getting left behind.
I go through bag check and send the boys on to the gate. I don't see them so I go ahead and go through the gate. The man in front of me can't get his ticket to work. Finally the CM takes him to another machine and I get in. I am looking for my boys and notice these 3 boys picking up the glitter Mickey Head's off of the ground. Finally their mother says, "I'm going. I came to go to a park, not pick up Mickey Heads!"
Finally, I see my boys. Still in line. They are stuck behind these people that don't understand the finger scanners and their CM is no help. So, finally my boys move over to another line. The CM is helping these other people, I notice the man in front of JS doesn't grab his ticket, so I hand it to him. Then end up helping his wife get through. I told JS, "See, I could work for Disney!"
Finally, we were in the park. We headed over to Space Mountain for FP's. They were for 10:40, so we rode Astro Orbitor, Laugh Floor, and Buzz Lightyear. Jacob scored 500,800 points. I don't know what he hit, but he was getting really frustrated because I had over 200,000 and he only had 800, then all of the sudden I look over and he has 400,000. He was excited, wish I had gotten a picture of his score.
We then headed over to Space Mountain. Jacob has been scared to ride this, but I pulled the "if you ride it once and don't like it, you never have to ride it again". Now, the last time I rode this, it had broken down while we were in line, so I got to see it with the lights on and then it didn't seem that great to me, but this time I enjoyed it a lot more. Jacob wasn't sure if he did or not.
We then headed over to PoTC. Only a few minutes wait, then on to Splash Mountain. Jacob didn't want to ride BTMRR, so we got FP's for Splash and headed over to HM. Stopped to grab a hot dog and drink. About a 10 minute wait for HM. Then went on the Riverboat. While waiting on the boat, this woman, I think from Germany, started asking a CM something and the CM responded that since they were a publicly traded company, they were not allowed to discuss those things. No idea what she asked, but we thought the response was funny.
Rode Splash Mountain. We were really worried because we ended up in the FP line behind a Brazilian group, but the line still moved quickly.
Then, I finally got a Dole Whip! I have read so much about them and wanted to try them. So, I went all out and got the Pineapple Float. Now, I am extremely picky and when JS heard what I got he thought I had head stroke or something, but I did like it. Couldn't drink the pineapple juice, but did think it was good. JS even started to eat it. Jacob wasn't going to touch it.
Then got Jacob a haircut at the barber shop. He didn't want the hair color or anything, but his barber did give him the Mickey Heads. Jonas went over to the bakery and Jacob and I looked in the stores. Then we were off to Ikea to look at stuff for the new house. We were back in our hotel in Brandon at 6:00. Even JS said it wasn't a bad trip.
We do our final walk through and learn about all of the systems on Monday at 10:00am and then close at 3:00pm. Now, we found out our furniture will arrive in Tampa on Monday, but it has to be unloaded on Monday and since we close so late, it has to come off the truck, so they have to put it in storage. This means we will have to schedule it to be delivered.

Could end up being 3 weeks, but hopefully it is only a couple of days. I have always been one to love staying at hotels so I don't have to clean and cook, but I so want to cook and wouldn't mind cleaning at this point.
Since it is now after Midnight, guess I should go to bed.
Have a great Sunday!
Melissa
