Just wanted to say a big thanks to you all for taking the time to read my trip report and for the lovely comments you all gave! You have been extremely welcoming on this board and certainly helped my family with our holiday planning.
There are a couple of comments that I wanted to elaborate on: -
Disneyangel - We didn't really stop to watch any of the parades, mainly because Lucas is at that age where he doesn't like to be still for very long! We arrived at the end of the Princess Parade on the first day so saw the tail end of that. As the Halloween celebrations started on the saturday they had mini-parades in the morning on the hour and we did see a small part of that, it ony had a few characters in though as it was mainly ghosts, pumpkin men, witches etc. We didnt do Animagique really for the same reason - Lucas's concentration span!
The queuing for the characters - If it's characters you're after then I definately suggest checking your hotel reception (if you're staying at a Disney hotel) as we found this to be quieter. In the parks the set queues were much better as you didn't feel you were in a rugby scrum trying to get a photo!
