Thanksgivng or Easter week?

I know that more people go to WDW during the holidays,but which would be the best,less people (if there is such a thing) more chance of a discount on the rooms other than AAA,etc, if you had to either go during Thanksgiving week or Easter week?We've been during Thankgiving week many years ago,and it wasn't as bad as during the summer,but would like to hear from anyone who has gone during these holidays last year and let me know about room rates,if the parks get full,etc.Any help would be great.Thanks

Ive never been during Thanksgiving (going first time this year). I have been a couple times during Easter..

1st time, place was empty!!
2nd time, place was packed

Reason....

1st time was in late March, after college spring break, before everyone else "April" vacation.

2nd time was during everyone "April" vacation!

Depends on when Easter falls which will be least crowded. I would never go again during a February/April vacation, 2nd -3rd week of March (College Spring Break) or summer. (I heard Christmas - NY is crowded too). I stick to May and October (this year Thanksgiving only because my sisters family is going and she refuses to take her kids (2 and 4 grade!!!) out of school!)
