It's gonna be fine. First let me comment that's an excellent rate and you should be proud of that. Secondly, let me say the suites will blow your budget all the heck. What I did for my larger family was add on some more rooms. Call back and get you another room and request connecting while your on the phone. Then hang up call HRH directly tell them you need to make rooms requests, they will hook u up with the powers that be. Then you explain how you have kids and it is esstential you have these rooms connect and if they can't promise you that you don't need the extra room as you got this soley for children to be in. You are in a wonderful position here! They usually assign room numbers 30-60 days out your coming in that window. If you can "sweet" talk your HRH friends you should be assigned a room number while your on hold. This has actually happened to me twice at PBH once I did'nt ask for connecting room but request certain room numbers and they were granted. I just called back monday and confirmed so I am of the belief that my rooms were granted and given that phone call. Don't second guess your choice your doing a great job planning and your family will love you for all your hard work. Once you have the big things locked in you will be able to plan little things and enjoy your job as head planner a lot more.
