DisWiz did not make up a JOKE about the child abduction.

It was obviously a parody of the very, very, very famous Disney urban legend that has been posted on the internet thousands of times.

The "joke" is not what was posted so much as how obviously poorly (I assume intentionally) the story was written and how even after so many clues (beer, Shrek, characters on 2-way radios), people still criticized it.
