Thanksgiving time, which park what day.... please help!

I know we've all probably "finished" prepping but I was curious how everyone's plans turned out!
Ours changed a bit, we were able to get an earlier flight in on Thanksgiving, so now our plans are roughly this:
26: arrive midafternoon, Pop
27: Boma bfast, non park day, my mom arrives as a "second tier surprise" as our kids don't know about the trip OR her joining ;), planning to do some resort hopping to see decorations
28: EPCOT rope drop to close
29: MK (can't believe we're waiting SO Many days to get here haha) rope drop to kick out at 7p (MVMCP is too much $ :( )
30: DHS (DS's 10th bday, but sadly looks like no Jedi Training Academy w/ the closure, bummer as this was a HUGE draw to doing this vacation at all) rope drop to close --first time seeing F!, hoping they add in a 2nd showing
01: AK (at first thought we'd skip this park, my DH said he had no reason to want to go, and I've never been to it) rope drop to (maybe) close
02: MK rope drop to close (haha maybe, maaaybe earlier since I think it's EHM till midnight now), finally getting to see MSEP and Wishes! we also have a lunchtime ADR at Whispering Canyon Cafe
03: fly out kind of late, not sure what we'll do this day, maybe swim or DTD for a bit before Tragical Express takes us back to MCO

I finally made the plans myself... didn't get so lucky with FP+s .. especially the 7 dwarf train.. so tough to get!!

26: arrive in the afternoon; dinner at Kona Cafe and do resort stuff... watch wishes at the beach.. maybe the movie at the beach and rest
27: MK rope drop; (scared of the crowd but going by the easyWDW recommendation!).. dinner at GF cafe
28: AK lunch at tusker house; dinner at O'hana
29: EP rope drop; lunch at Coral Reef, dinner at La Hacienda 8:30PM for illumination viewing
30: HS rope drop early lunch at Prime Time, dinner at Sci Fi
01: O'hana breakfast, MVMCP at night
02: MK rope drop, do FP+ rides, lunch at BOG, leave for home

Looks like we have overlapping DHS day! :goodvibes

If that JTA opens early then I promise to tell my DH to not push you out of hte way haha (well actually, he would lose it if someone tried to push kids and parents out of the way. He'd probably stand back and just say forget this!)
We got FP+ for almost everything we wanted and only a few tweaks to the times my travel agent got us. Kinda bummed we have A&E meet and greet on our last park day...like at supper time, but I know she probably just worked backwards and took the first thing. Our first MK day is all the "big coasters" on FP+!
My main thing on DHS day (other than JTA) is to make sure we do get to do F! AND Osborne Lights. hmmm hopefully it will work out, as we've never gotten to do F! and while I'm not concerned with cramming in to see the "lighting" I don't want to miss walking through the lights. Hopefully they add an hour or something to the schedule (I can dream).

We are doing Epcot on Thanksgiving Day (can't pass up the dining opportunities there for turkey day!) and MK the day before. Both are not recommended parks according to Josh at EasyWDW. We are doing recommended parks all other days surrounding. I'm not too worried. Use FP+ wisely, arrive before rope drop, and leave if it becomes unbearable.

I just read somewhere today that this year is the LAST year for Osborne lights... so glad to be able to get the last viewing in before it goes down permanently!

I also just got ride of coral reef lunch and booked nine dragons candlelight package lunch (was the cheapest available). Might as well do all the holiday activities available!
