Thanksgiving this year - a bust?

So thinking about a last minute trip over Thanksgiving this year - how hard would it be to get dining ressies this late in the game (even if they were for oddball times - i.e. lunch at 230, etc.)?

No one here can tell you for sure...I suggest you call ASAP and make some reservations. You can always cancel them if the trip doesn't happen.

I've tried to change some ADR's today for around Nov 19th and could only get 4pm or 8.30pm for dinner at a lot of places so you may well have trouble for Thanksgiving yes. Worth a try though.

You can do what we're going to do. We arrive on Thanksgiving Day and didn't want to deal with the whole dining thing then. So we are doing dinner at the Biergarten on Saturday instead. Much less stressful and the holiday really doesn't know what day it is.

we are going thanksgiving weekend and I actually got some good ADR's, Crystal Palace, Coral reef , Ohanas and I just booked them. People cancel all the time! its worth a try

I was able to make an ADR for Tusker House at Animal Kingdom today for Thanksgiving with no problem. They just opened up taking ADRs since they changed it from counter service to buffet, so I bet many do not know about it right now.
