Thanksgiving table centerpieces

I was wondering if everyone could share ideas for their favorite Thanksgiving table centerpieces. I would like to make the table festive, and am looking for ideas!

I am not one to come up with ideas for table centerpieces, dumboiu, but did just want to say it is great to see ya!!!!!! Have a great Thanksgiving with whatever you come up with. I bet you get some nice ideas here, and maybe run it by on the Crafts board too, they always have neat ideas. Again, nice to see you.

I don't have a picture of this, but I hope I can describe it enough so you get the idea. I used to work for dining services in college and someone I worked with came up with this.

She had make up turkey heads using red felt, yellow for the beak, black for the eyes, etc. She sewed this all together (make sure you leave it open at the bottom, almost like you were going to make a hand puppet). Then we took pineapples and attached the turkey head to it. It was wicked cute. I hope I explained this well enough.

I don't have a favorite centerpiece, usually just candles and a stuffed turkey I have.

But, this year, I am going to make the floating cranberries and candles centerpiece listed on the the oceanspray website.

It looks so pretty and berries are supposed to keep in the water for a week.
