We are considering moving our dates next year from September to Thanksgiving week... :goodvibes Kids miss less school & Dh uses less vacation days ;)

Where would you suggest staying over Thanksgiving week?
If you have ressies for this year, where are you staying? Why?

We are considering AKL (we just LOVE it there) the first 2 nights, and then split staying with WL b/c of their theming.. and bunks for the girls ;)

I like OKW - because lots of people do what you are considering. OKW is lay back and relaxed - away from the maddening crowds.

but others hate it for this.

We chose the Poly for this year since it was on the monorail. When planning the trip DH said in order to go over a holiday we HAD to stay on the monorail. So the Poly it was!

Staying Thnaksgiving week will be a whole new adventure. The Christmas decorations will be up at the Resorts and Parks. We seem to end up every year at that time. It will be colder than September.

Both AKL and WL are decorated but we like BWV the best because of all the traditional Christmas decorations.

We stayed at POP last T'giving and it was GREAT. There were not many people there at all. I know that for our entire trip, there was no one on either side of us in the hotel.
We'll be at CBR this coming T'giving though...the beds at POP are just not big enoough when your other half is 6'5" :confused3

I would NOT suggest the All Star resorts though (if you could even get a room) b/c that is where the cheerleaders/dance team all stars stay. :cheer2:
