I know that Thanksgiving isn't until Thursday but does anyone have any special plans?

I do! I am going to Ohio to visit my family and friends. We are leaving Tuesday after my sibs and I get out of school. I am sooooooo excited! I can't believe that its almost here! So yeah. We leave Tuesday about 3:30. Stop in one of the last cities in Wisconsin. Then finish up and arrive in Ohio on Wednesday. EEK!!! These 3 days are gonna drag!!!

We have a game on Thanksgiving, in the morning.
Then, right after that we're heading up to my grandma's with my cousins and my aunt =)

So excited =) the band and the food is the best part of Thanksgiving =)

We're just having a small get-together with our closest family. About 7-8 people. No real plans. =)

Spending it at my best friend's house.
Our families are celebrating together, because we're so close we're practically family anyway.

My dad's family is very distant with each other, and we don't talk to them much.
Mom's family is all in Spain, and there's no Thanksgiving there.

I'm heading down to Florida over Thanksgiving because I have a meeting with a mouse...=]

My aunt and uncle + their kids are coming up from southern Virginia. I'm not sure if my aunt and uncle from Washington are coming or not...

We do this every year.

Over the road and through the gate to grandmothers house we go.

Literally.
With Aunt, Uncle, and cousin.
Plus all of us.

I also have a game.
It's the homecoming game, too! XD

Then we're having people over at my place.

BTW, I ♥ your siggy!

When is thanksgiving?

As i am English i will be spending it in the usual manner of going to lectures and eatting microwave noodles. However i will be wishing my American friend (who can't go home for the holiday) a very happy thanksgiving!

You guys have a great time! Dont eat too much turkey! Or too much Pumkin Pie, cause ive never tasted it but it doesnt sound good!

Well, we're having an away game.
Against our rival school.
Their homecoming is this week, too.
And we always lose.
And it always rains.

It's gonna be funnn.

Hey, we only won 3 games this season!
Don't even talk about how you're going to lose! Try losing the majority of your games xD
Rivals are always fun xD I'm afraid of our rival school, they're really scary xD luckily, our rival school came here xD
You can't lose as bad as we do. It's impossible.
It rained last year...no it didn't rain..it poured xD
But it was still amazingly fun.
And I'm sure you're going to have tons of fun anyway =D

We won our first game in over 2 years this season.
Then, we won two more games.
Including my friend's homecoming game.

I heard about how it poured.

My plans are to wake up early and watch the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and help/watch my mom and grandma cook.

It's only going to be My grandma,My mom,My brother and I this Thanksgiving. :)

Its just gonna be the people i live with, but I will take some of my special home-made cornbread and some pumpkin pie over to my best friend's house.

EEK! I better get to watch that! Hopefully I get up before my grandpa so I can get the BIG tv! ;) I love watching the parade! :happytv:

Even if it's not Thanksgiving for me, I still have a long weekend (Curriculum Support days).
Which means, gingerbread cookies, Santa Claus parade, whatever Christmas movie is coming out on Friday and whatever else that's Christmas-y.

We're having it on Saturday this year, because my dad has to work on Thursday and Friday. We're all okay with it though. And it's just my my mom, my dad, my little brother, my grandma, and me at my house for Turkey Day this year, like usual. I like it nice and small. We don't have that many relatives, and the rest that we do have live in either Seattle or Virginia. But we have a good time. I already TiVo-ed the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade weeks ago, but that doesn't mean I'm not waking up first thing to watch it! :)

A Thanksgiving/Christmas tradition we always do is the Saturday after Thanksgiving, we all(grandpa, grandma, aunt, cousins, parents, me, sibs) go out to breakfast at Cracker Barrel(grandpa buys) then we go up to Michigan to a christmas tree farm. My grandma and aunt get trees only because my dad and I are allergic so we have a fake one. But we always go there and look for trees then we go on a hayride, get hot cocoa and popcorn, see santa, look at the craft show and gift shop, and buy yummy cookies. We've done this every year since I can remember. At first we were sad because we didn't think we could do it this year since we moved but we will be there the Saturday after so we're excited!
