Thanksgiving dinner recommendations

I know it’s super early but I’m looking for any reviews or recommendations for thanksgiving dinner on property this year . We are a family of four with two kids ages 2 & 7. We are doing split stay of 3 days at animal kingdom lodge and then 2 days at fort wilderness copper creek. The plan is move day Wednesday and doing Christmas party that night, resort day Thursday and checking out Friday. We will be purchasing the dining plan but not sure if we will be using it for the dinner but a character meal could be an added bonus . Any help would be greatly appreciated !!!!

Not sure this works with your plans at all, but we had an incredible Thanksgiving dinner at Hollywood Brown Derby 2 years ago!

I believe that Whispering Canyon (WL) offers a traditional holiday meal for Thanksgiving. And Liberty Tree Tavern sort of offers a Thanksgiving type meal year-round. Also Garden Grill at Epcot comes to mind.

We have actually had a few Thanksgiving dinners at Boma. It has been 5 years since we were last there but they used to do a nice mix of their regular faire plus Thanksgiving items.

I would do Whispering Canyon at your resort. Delicious food, and would make for a very relaxing day. If you would like a character meal, consider taking the boat over to Contemporary (after 3 pm) and eating at Chef Mickey's. Either of these would make a fun, festive meal for a lower-key resort day.
