Thanksgiving dinner menus?

When does Disney release the dinner menus for Thanksgiving? I'm assuming there must be special menus in the parks and at the resorts. Are they normally released befor the PS window starts?

I'm curious about this too. Does anyone have an idea of when the menu may be released? Are there many changes to the menus?

Here's some information for you: Thanksgiving 2002

If memory serves me correctly, some of the special dinners listed on this page weren't available 120 days out but came out in early September. As for all major holidays, you'll need to give WDW Dining a credit card to hold the reservation.

I was only able to obtain the menu for Thanksgiving dinner at Narcoosee's from a CM on the PS telephone line.

I never did see it in print anywhere until the menu. Of course, I forgot to ask for one!
