Thanksgiving Dinner at a Signature Dining Restuarant... Suggestions/opinions???

Since we will be arriving late (very late, probably 10:00 - 12:00PM) on our check in day and we have purchased DDP (first time we have tried this) ... we have plenty of places we want to try, but just wondering what your recomendations would be for Thanksgiving Dinner?

For thanksgiving day we are considering going to TRY to get an ADR for Liberty Tree Tavern.

But, since we will have an extra Table Service (because we won't be using one on our first day ... check in day), we are considering maybe doing a "signature Dining" for Thanksgiving Dinner. What are your thoughts on maybe doing a Signature dining experience for Thanksgiving Dinner? ... your suggestions/opinions on that would be appreciated.

We did not try a signature on Thanksgiving, but I can report that LTT is very crowded on Thanksgiving because of its theming. We wound up at Kona Cafe and had a great early dinner. Those who had the turkey enjoyed it and I was very happy with one of my usual Kona dishes. Over Thanksgiving weekend, we went to LTT and I had my turkey dinner there when it was less crowded (but still quite busy). Some of the restaurants have special menus for Thanksgiving and you cannot order off the regular menu. You should inquire about this if you want something other than Thanksgiving fare. Also, the prices are usually raised a bit for the special dinners and the buffets. On Thanksgiving night, we had our late supper in Epcot and it was a lot of fun eating around the world at the snack places--not too many people were doing that.
