thanksgiving crowds at US/IOA

just wondering how the crowds are during the holiday times. We have done WDW twice at TG, and I did SO much research to know how to get around efficiently. You really have to plan at the WDW parks..... is it like this at US/IOA parks also?

decent to low crowds prior to thanksgiving day.
one T day hits, crowds galor for that weekend.............

if you stay on site, you will do much better for park crowds.
one perk is hotel guests use the express line for everything in the park.
just show your hotel key card.

so this would be their answer to the fastpass concept at WDW - except its truly a perk to resort guests only?

non hotel guests can buy the express passes.
those express passes are valid for one use only per ride and attraction.
except you do not have to dash to the disney fast pass machine, put in your card and get a time stamp on when to return for the ride.

universal express passes are bought on line or in the merch stores in the park and no time frame restricted to them.

hotel guests receive it as a perk.
it is referred to FOTL, front of the line.
not really front of the line techinically, but the use to use the express line without restrictions.


it is a fantastic deal for those that qualify.
if you stay one night at the hotel, you get 2 days of FOTL perks.
the day you check in and the day you check out.
