thanksgiving and DDP

We are going to at Disney for thanksgiving week and we decided to go for non traditional food and booked Flying Fish. However my questions are 1) are we allowed to order off the regular menu or will it be traditional thanksgiving food? 2) can you use DDP for this meal or are holiday meals exempt from the dining plan?

We were at Disney for TG last year and will be there again this year. I can't give any info about the Flying Fish because I've never been there, however, last year the Dining Plan covered the holiday meals just like they would cover any other meal. I believe that most places had some type if "Thanksgiving" meal but also offered the regular menu options as well. You could always call the Flying Fish directly and ask them. I would wait until it was a little closer to Nov. before calling though, as you might talk to a CM that isn't well informed.

Last year, the regular menu was offered along with the Chef's selections for Thanksgiving...
