Thanksgiving and Christmas all rolled into one trip-November 2012

I started a PTR before our trip but just didn't have to time to keep up with it so it just faded away! But since our trip is over and all our pictures are organized I figured why not document an interesting trip.

So how did we decide that we wanted to go to Disney over Thanksgiving...

I had worked at Disney World doing the College Program in 1996 during the Fall semester so I was able to experience Disney for quite a few holidays, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. My husband had never been during any of those times and had always wanted to. So when we saw (or so we thought) that DS1's school was going to have the entire week of Thanksgiving off we knew it was the perfect time to go. Well come to find out that they hadn't put the school calendar to a final vote before publishing it and in the end the schools were not off for the full week. Oh well he was only missing 3 days.

So in December of 2011 we booked our 1 bedroom Standard view at Bay Lake Tower.
