Thanksgiving 2007!!!

I just read on another thread that no only have they discontinued giving the pins for CC members at check in, they've also discontinued giving out the CC lanyards! Supposedly, they may start something new, but the people on the 11/4 Wonder cruise didn't get anything.

We loved the lanyard because it made carrying our room cards so much easier. So....either our cruise won't get anything, or maybe we'll be one of the lucky ones who gets the brand new giveaway!

wow i didnt know they were giving out lanyards or stoped giving them out i just got a few from ebay (this seems to be my new place to shop ) ha ha ha any way im going to go the disney store once we get to fl so if anyone needs anything let me know i have no problem picking up anything someone may need

Hello everyone... Although I wish I was joining you all on this cruise, after doing the Mediterranean cruise this past summer, my husband has cut me off!!! My very dear friends will be cruise-in with you all on November 17th. They are The Ryan Family. This is actually their Make a Wish cruise for one of their children. No sad faces... Mairead is actually doing beautifully- she has finished chemo and has a few successful surgeries. She is "cancer-free" at this point and her prognosis is excellent. Needless to say the family NEEDS this vacation after a very long year !
I dont have too much time to check the past posts, but please let me know if you are doing the fish hangers and if they can join in at this late point. I will give them our extender since she is going crazy getting ready with 4 children!
If there is anything else they should know please let me know. I know its so late, but all this came up rather quickly.
I sent Tina the link to this thread, but I wanted to get a jump on it for her since I know she will have to be activated before she can post and i dont remember how long that takes.

Other comments Sallie: It is probably too late for the Tshirts, but there will be plenty of Disboards' flourescent green at the port. Seaulater is putting together a mini-navigator and there will be the usual Dismeet at 4pm on deck 10 landside before the sailaway party.
