Ok here is my tip of the day. I bring a drink carrier the kind they give you at the drive thru. Comes in handy when we are snug in the cabin before getting dressed for dinner and everyone wants drinks and snacks. One goes up and gets 4 drinks with the holder and the other gets the snacks. Being in the back of the ship on deck 2 we just shoot up the elevator and the drink station is right there.

Thanks Laura I thought I would put the kids names on it that way hopeful no one would want to take it. And I will bring the ties like someone else had suggested.

How many of you put the family name or the kids names on the fish extenders. I have seen it done both ways.

We have put Nicknames one year ... Then real names... We at one time were cautioned about putting first and last names on, because of "shady people" trying to charge to your account. But we have not heard anything about this for awhile... I think for this year we are just using first names.

Hopefully others will give you there insight also.

Are you guys up north going to get some of this storm. Our weather just now started to turn. They just said on the news that they think the power will be out in some areas up new york way because of the wind. Hope not.

My main reason for putting her name on it is that hopefully no one will take it. We'll also secure it with a tie. I really hope that none of us have any issues this cruise with losing our door decorations or FE's.

Did any of you see the photo of the Magic and Wonder in port together in Nassau. It is on the main cruise forum. I guess the Magic had to change post because of the storm. Someone said they were not stopping at cc today either. Don't know if that happened or not. I hope everything is aok by the time we get there. Lynn

we talked to Linda today ( she is our close personal friend at the chase bank ) well any way we told her we wanted $ 2.00 bills for the tipping well get this Linda says they have NO 2.00 bills at the bank and the min order is 2000 of them. i was like holy S**t that is alot just to make a tip a bit diffrent and what the hell would we do with 2000 of them... ( plan alot of cruises is what im thinking ha ha ha) any way were gonna go with the good old dollar bill

Did you know that now on the room service deliveries they have you sign for them? The good news, is that although there is no charge for room service, they have added a tip line and you can now tip on room service and it is added to your stateroom bill!

Is daughter Olivia a High School Musical Fan?

Both movies were filmed here in Salt Lake City. Don't tell my daughter, Jamie, I told you this, but she is a background actor in the first movie and is in the dancing segment in the cafeteria. For the second movie, they filmed while we were on a Disney Cruise this year for her 15th birthday, I asked her if she wanted me to change the cruise and do the movie instead (since it paid good $$), she said no, she wanted to cruise!
