Thanksgiving 2005 ??

Hi everyone,

My family & my friend have decided to go next year for Thanksgiving day. I was curious if some of you that do go or have had experience with this time of year.

If I decide to stay DVC how far in advance should I book it? Does it totally sell out @ the 11 month window? Not sure if I should stay @ my home resort of BCV or try to get a studio @ my friend home of BWV.

What do you think? Thanks for your input!

It doesn't sell out exactly 11 months in advance but I would book at that point if you can. That way you will be assured of getting what you want. No matter what though, book a room at the BCv at 11 months and then if you decide to move to the BWV, do it when the 7 month window opens.

We will be there this Thanksgiving. It is a great time to be at WDW because of the decorations being up and the holiday spirit. There is a thread going regarding this Thanksgiving that I think I will bump up.

That's right. Hedge your bet, and book something as a backup at the 11 month, then switch if your first choice is available...or go on a waitlist.


We'll be at VWL for Thanksgiving in 2004 2005, 2006.... 2040, 2041. No plans for 2042 yet. Any suggestions?
