HI- we've been back for a few weeks now, but life is finally starting to settle back into a routine, and I am actually getting some free time to get a few things accomplished.
Anyhow- one of my main goals this week is to send out a glowing letter regarding the wonderful assistance give to us by a CM while at DHS.
I won't go into too much detail, but my DS had a little too much fun on our day there and ended up getting sick at Fantasmic (my apologies to all who sat around us ). Unfortunatley, with young kids they don't always warn you when they are feeling badly until the moment they happen to vomit. We quickly jumped up and ran to the nearest CM to inform her of the situation in the row of bleachers and also for a little assistance of our own to get out of there ASAP!
The CM named Sabrina could not have been more lovely, helpful, wonderful, etc., etc. etc. She truely was a Godesend at a time when it was pitch dark and my son was in hysterics, and I am covered in.... well, lets just leave it at that.
She quickly radioed to the haz-mat (lol- not really sure what their name is) team that there was a clean-up needed. And then wisked us off to the ladies room where she put on gloves and literally helped my son and myself clean up- completely not necessary- but very much appreciated. She then offered to get us new clothes out in one of the gift shops, we insisted this wasn't necessary- but very kind of WDW and her to offer (parents of young kids always seem to have extra sets of clothes on hand for unforseen moments like this ).
After cleaning up, she escorted us out of the arena still insisting that she help us in some way. She offered VIP seating at the next evenings Fantasmic show- which we thanked her for and declined. She then ran in a gift shop and came out with a very large Sorcerer Mickey towel for my DS to drape around himself in case of another incident between the park, the rental car, and our hotel. We gratefully accepted her offer- and it came in very handy (if you know what I mean...).
I just wanted to write a letter stating how wonderfully helpful, and thoughtful, and just generally magical our experience at WDW parks was over our trip- especially our encounter with CM Sabrina from Orlando FL-she exemplifies what truely sets WDW apart from other "theme parks".
So.... HELP... where can I send some kudos to CM Sabrina from DHS so that I know her supervisor will see it. Thanks in advance
