Thanks to the family at AK that gave us the fast passes to EE. I won't post specifics, because let this be a thanks to all who have done this. It is such a treat, to come upon a huge long line and have someone say, "We have a couple of extra fast passes; would you like them?"

I want to try to do it for someone my next trip.

Thanks to all who have made someone's day in this way!!!! :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

We've done this for people, and have had them given to us. It's a great bit of extra "magic". :goodvibes

We did this twice last month...we gave out FP for Test Track & Mission Space. The people were thrilled!!

We gave FPs to folks for Soarin' and Kali. Both times we were leaving for the day--Soarin' we were leaving to come home and it would cut it too close. People seemed shocked and one guy asked "what's the catch?" When I told him "no catch, just enjoy them," he was speechless.

We've done it too...usually to someone who is about to walk away and not ride because the line is too long. It feels good to help someone out.

I like when they look at you like a two headed monster and Say what a fastpass.

I have given ours away too. Just changed our mind and was leaving the park. Made someones day :)

We had someone give us two fast passes for Mission Space last year and we were so thrilled.

The last day we were at the PC I knew we had one CS credit more than what we planned on using so I looked for someone with a young family that looked like they could use our meal credit. I found a preteen girl there with her family and she had all the right stuff on her tray to count as a CS credit so I asked her Dad if I could pay for her meal. It was so cute. They were speechless! :goodvibes Man it feels great to do something nice for someone else!~ :thumbsup2

I was so excited to share some extra FP last trip and the family I offered them to just looked suspicious. They took them but I didn't really get the "good feeling" payoff that I was hoping for. Oh well. I'll be sure to try again in August!

hmmm...maybe they didn't know what they were!

I hope they didn't think it was some kind of "trick" and throw them away!!!!!

This is going to sound meaner than I intend it, but if someone is at WDW and doesn't know about fast pass, well, let's just say I feel sorry for them!!!! :rotfl:

If we are leaving early, we usually give a fastpass to some family as they are walking in. A little magic on our way out.

We do this too...my favorite was the elderly couple at Soarin that was not sure if they were brave enough to ride...we ended up waiting to see the smile on their faces! :wizard: It was pure magic.

I saw a poor dad in line with little ones 3 years ago in line for a locker in TL. I walked up and gave him the key to mine as I was taking dd and leaving to go meet dh after a meeting. He seemed like he needed to get moving and the kids were so excited and having a hard time waiting in line. He seemed confused at first but then accepted when I told him I was leaving and did not want to wait in the huge line just to get a few dollars back for the key. The smiles on the kids faces were very worth it.

I also gave away a Girhardelli coupon to a family for Downtown Disney because we were leaving and did not need it anymore.

I've actually had a hard time giving FP's away. "I've got 2 FP's for Saorin' right now!"

People look at me like I'm crazy and say no!

Maybe I give off a weird vibe or something!! :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

This week I took a British couple on Soarin with me with my Rider Switch Pass. DD didn't want to ride a second time and I saw the couple getting ready to walk away upon seeing the 80 minute standby line. They were thrilled. :thumbsup2

We also give away our double stroller at the end of the day (No flames please) I just can't see someone spending $18 for a rental at 4:00 PM.

We do this with people walking away from the long line at test track. We work for G.M. so we can go to the employee lounge & get front of the line passes. The first 3 times we did this it was families that had never rode TT before. :)

S.S. I work for GM also and I did exactly the same thing as you this past week.

We did it with Soarin in Feb-- However, I don't think the couple spoke English!! They looked at us and I don't know if they understood or not!!

 Hi fellow michiganian G.M. worker :)

Don't you love the look on their faces? It makes my day to see their excitement especially when they have never been on TT before.
