Thank you to my concierge team (Melanie, Rodrigo and Eddy)!

I was on the 1/8/12 cruise and it was amazing! Melanie, Rodrigo and Eddy were the concierge team and they were so friendly and helpful! They went above and beyond, as far as I'm concerned! The concierge lounge is definitely an improvement over the individual concierge system. On our family cruise in 2010, my parents were on the other side of the ship and they only saw their concierge twice. Our concierge (my sister's family and my brother and I shared suites on the opposite side) did more for them than theirs did. With the team and the lounge, everyone has access to great concierge service and an opportunity to find someone they connect with. I was lucky enough to connect with all three of them! I just hope they're on the Fantasy for PCC4.0!! (And that I can afford to upgrade to concierge!)
