Just when you think you're already the luckiest gal around (great family, incredible husband, wonderful friends, charmed life) someone comes around and surprises you. That's what happened to me at the Happy Haunts Ball.
The best thing about these events is seeing all my pals and catching up on the latest events. But Susan, you topped even all of that!
Thank you so much for thinking of me with those pins. I'm really not a big public display kind of person but you brought tears to my eyes both that night and this past Tuesday when Patti and I recounted the experience to our local pin trading buddies at TDS. The pins are wonderful and I appreciate them more than you know. But the gesture will live in my heart forever.
As so many have said before me...it's not the pins themselves that make this hobby great, it's the friendships.
You might even convert me from Pepsi to Coke
