I was heartbroken when I heard the news that the CBR was closing. My fiancee and I had spent a lot of time choosing this resort. So when I called CRO I was understandably despondent. Thaddeus was wonderful, got us booked at the AKL in a Savannah view room for just a little more. He shared his excitement about the resort with me and gave me back the magic that I had lost.
