Thank you for the best vacation ever!!!

After reading the threads- and posting questions it added up to the best vacation ever!!!
We just got back this morning and the worst part was the unexpected SLOW gate check at the airport coming home. We had an hour and a half total. They held the plane for us.

All the meals- loved Hollywood and Vine was great and the only way to do Fantasmic! MNSSHP was tons of fun too (we forgot to have our picture taken) The parade that night was extra special.

HDDR was the best- all the kids were HYSTERICAL. My son laughed so hard I thought he would start crying.

We stayed at CSR and it was incredible.

Wow....so gald you had a great vacation.......It's a great feeing to have been able to share such memorable fastastucallu fun times with your own family....

You sound like we did in Aug 2003...

Let's see now, that was four trips and one 265 pt DVC contract ago.....

Be careful it's wonderfully addicting(sp?)......

I often wonder how much more money these boards have cost me on vacations.....

.....but I never have to wonder how many of the smiles it and it's members have been at least partially responsible for bringing to my family, through both information and encouragement.

OH WAIT... Before finding these boards I had a totaly different kind of definition for vacation.... It was sitting around the pool at home....

How old is your son? I am thinking about it for my next trip (dd's will be 6 & 3) & I am wondering if they will "get it"? Can you give me a few more details on what takes place? Is it just corny jokes or is there singing & dancing too?

My son just turned 7 in August. So yourds will be a great age. I swear evry kid (and most adults) was cracking up!

The "show" starts by you sitting down to yummy bread and salad. Waiters take orders- then the six revuers come out-
There was a story to it lots of singing, audience participation- my husband was the first one to get picked on! I got it all on tape too. They were all top notch performers. The food was actually good- ribs, chicken, corn and beans, strawberry shortcake for dessert.

They take short breaks to give you time to eat. If you break it down to food and a show it really wasnt bad- great value worth every penny!
