I have been trying to book a summer escape back to the world since may,due to high rates(sorry we are a on site kinda family) kids schedules,owing my own store, and the biggie that i haven't flown since 9/11(we havew been driving down since then) it just seemed like it would never happen which would have meant waiting till next summer(you all know how hard that can be).while plotting a way to get down there before the summer ends i came across summer sales on expedia yesterday they actually had my dates 8/21 thru 8/28 soooo i got 2 rooms at the wilderness lodge for the first 3 nights at 135.00 each @ night then the beach club for 4 nights.I then freaked out my whole family by telling them i am flying(i must want to go BAD) once he got over the shock my husband reserved the flight,funny thing is i'm not even nervous about the flight. so thank you expedia for making my summer wish come true!!!!!!!!!!

it actually tells you (unlike priceline) when you reserve. You get to do a search for Disney hotels, see what is available and book what you'd like...ALL Disney resorts are listed there pretty much...I have seen POP room reallllly cheap at times, and usually I see the moderates and others at the comparable Disney price.

YOU are a lucky girl. Had I known of the great rates I might have snagged one up for the Poly. They were actually offering Poly at 245.00 a night. But... since I am within the 45 days now, I guess i have to stick with rack rate (along with the free dining). Next year, I am checking Expedia.

Wafflestoo-I had tryed for the poly,but they were sold out for one of the nights seeing as we have not stayed at WL i figured we would give it a try. Enjoy your trip to the Polynesian!!!
