Well I didn't do skyauction or hotelkingdom.com. I went straight to Windsor Hills website and asked for a general quote. Boy did the quotes start coming in. Most were way out of our price range but some were not. The ones that were closers, I wheeled and dealed w/. We rented here for 350 almost 2 years so DH wanted that again. I laughed in his face. I was able to get a 3bed/2bath condo for 530 though so that is what we are going w/! I can't wait till march gets here now!

Congrats we love Windsor Hills Resort, so much we bought a place there this summer! Hope you love it as much as we do, we're going back in Jan and then again in April ourselves!

Dumb question I suppose but how do you wheel & deal? I received back offers all over the place. While I thought many were fair they are no where near your fab deal. Any hints?

I just asked if they would come down lower to what I wanted to pay. Then they come back w/ a counter offer and if I still don't like it then I say no thanks.
