nowhere I can think of either, thats why I asked. I thought there used to be a noodle cart in Animal Kingdom, but I can not find note of it anywhere.

You're correct - Animal Kingdom used to have a stand that served chicken satay and a noodle dish and soup. It is now closed.

I think some of the dishes at Yak and Yeti have Thai influences.

It's not in WDW, but it is worth the trip. On Colonial Blvd/50 in Orlando there is a wonderful Thai restaurant, Sea Thai. GO!
