P.S. KATE! We just got back from the Chicago Lego convention and I thought of you and your son. Has he ever been to a Lego convention? Amazing stuff!

Michelle~ If ever my children knew there was such a thing I'd be in big trouble. I can barely get them out of the Lego store (or the Lego aisle in Target for that matter!) I'm glad you had a great time.

I have the resort switch itch, I am really wanting to change over to WL or AKL. I think it has been brought on by reading too many TR's and the release of the AP rates.

Anyways...happy news- I bought my park tickets online today!!!!!!

Mentioned girls trip to Jim and he said if I cut down next years August trip I could attend F & W Fest next year...don't you all think that would be an excellent time for girls weekend

I'll ditch D in a heartbeat.

We're not doing next August, but we've already decided on an Adults-only trip for October 15-19th for F&W Fest.

That's awesome Janet! I nearly always forget to pack belts and I have a couple pairs of "magically growing shorts" - you know, the all cotton kind on which the waist band strteches throughout the day until you have to continually pull them back up?!

I have a few jeans like that. I like the "touch of spandex" for comfort, but I'm sure it's not attractive when I keep hitching them up all afternoon.

I miss you guys! Hope all of the August planning is going well.

I'm looking at Columbus day weekend because Columbus day is a holiday for us so I would save a V Day. I am thinking come in early Friday and leave late Monday night.

Assuming they're still doing it in '09 (and I can't imagine they wouldn't be) it should be on. This year it's running form late Sept. through Halloween, I think.

I think Andy hide it... no worries, I just went over to Walmart (ewwww!) and got another roll. Watch out ladies I've got 1000 square feet of Laminating paper, and I ain't afraid to use it! irate:

Way to go girls! I wish I had that problem. I think I've gained about 11 pounds since last year...once I started that stupid blood pressure medication I can't freakin' stop "bulkin' up"! Even WW isn't helping much...all that's doing for me is having some cranky old lady watch me gain weight every week and snarkily pointing it out to me on Wednesday nights...

Columbus Day falls on the 12th. I was thinking the 15th-19th, but if everyone plans on the weekend of the 10th, then of course I'll switch.

It is a general public code, it is taking about 35% of a limited amount of Deluxe rooms. Check out Mousesavers or the the Dis main page. The discounted rooms are still available through Expedia but I am not entirely comfortable booking through an online third party like that.

I get 40% with my parents discount but thanks. I understand about Expedia. I booked our flight through Yahoo travel last year and I was a nervous wreck until we were on the plane swearing that we weren't going to be on the flight, etc...This year I booked directly through Air Tran...less stress
