We ate there a week ago...
Great restaurant. There is a huge buffet of various salads and appetisers etc. There is a big pot of lobster bisque. There is a selection of hot sides (potatoes, mushrooms, black beans etc). They also bring you a couple of sides (hot bananas and some mashed potatoes). Then you just pick and choose the meats that come around on swords and the gouchos will carve you off a portion. The meats were TOP quality (great top sirloin, fantastic fillet mignon wrapped in bacon, rack of lamb, parmesan crusted pork, chicken, beef rib, brazilian sausage). I wouldn't take a vegetarian there, though. It was quite expensive - a little under $50 a head plus tip and drinks - BUT the food was top qaulity and it was a great experience. If you sign up for their online club, they will send you a 25% discount voucher off your food (which is well worth having).
My husband and I are good eaters, but I felt that neither of us had the appetite (or stomach capacity!) to do the place real justice: we saw some people put away an AMAZING amount of food... Go there VERY hungry and don't overdo it on salads and sides (concentrate on the meat).
